Description

This 57pb region, located upstream of Noe2; Olm2A/B (KH.C7.500), has no enhancer activity in the notochord. It contains one Fox site and lacks one Fox, one HD and one AP1 putative binding sites compared to the 95pb minimal enhancer of Noe2.
