Construct containing the region upstream of Ci-Nut1 from -123bp to 94bp, this region is the minimal enhancer for Nut expression. This region was inserted into the promoter of Venus reporter gene. Moreover, this construct contains a mutation on the first ZicL binding site, this mutation caused a loss of neural tube expression (construct named ZicL1(m3) in the paper).
