Construct containing the region upstream of Ci-Nut1 from -123bp to 94bp, this region is the minimal enhancer for Nut expression. This region was inserted into the promoter of Venus reporter gene. This construct contains the Fox site mutated, this mutation decrease the neural tube expression (construct named Fox(m356) in the paper).
