Construct containing the region upstream of Ci-Nut1 from -123bp to 94bp, this region is the minimal enhancer for Nut expression. This region was inserted into the promoter of Venus reporter gene. Moreover, in this construct there is a mutation in the first ZicL binding site. This mutation abolish the expression in neural tube (construct named ZicL1m(7) in the paper).
