Construct containing the region upstream of Ci-Nut1 from -123bp to +94bp and inserted into the region upstream of Venus reporter gene. This construct had the second ZicL binding site mutated. The mutations lead to a loss of neural tube expression (construct named ZicL2(m all) in the paper).
