Construct containing the region upstream of Ci-Nut1 from -123bp to 94bp, this region is the minimal enhancer for Nut expression. This region was inserted into the promoter of Venus reporter gene. Here the Fox site was mutated (construct named Fox(m3467) in the paper), the neural tube expression was reduced but still present.
